The Oregon National Guard invites the public to celebrate Armed Forces Day at the state capitol on May 15 from 10:30am until 2:00pm. Included are various equipment displays, a F15 Flyover, and a cannon salute.

May 29 - June 8, 2008 - Portland
Dale Earnhardt Jr.'s #88 car will be on display at the Oregon National Guard exhibit inside the Waterfront Village during the 2008 Rose Festival. Get a close-up look at the car, get a free photo taken with the car and learn more about the Oregon National Guard. Attended by more than two million people, the festival is annually one of the top three most highly decorated events by the International Festivals & Events Association (IFEA) and in 2007 was named Best Festival in the World.
June 14, 2008 - Vernonia

Celebrate Flag Day with the Oregon National Guard at Cottage Grove Speedway.
