Enlistment Enhancement Program
The overall aim of the Enlistment Enhancement Program (EEP) is to gain assistance in enlisting Soldiers into the Oregon Army National Guard. The Enlistment Enhancement Program will provide a monetary incentive of $1000 to Soldiers and Retirees who can provide a lead to Recruiters that results in an Enlistment.
Who's Qualified

Current Soldiers and Retirees will function as Assistants, who will provide support and guidance to Recruits.

Assistants will be expected to guide, motivate, and encourage Recruits all the way up to the point of enlistment.

All current members of the Oregon Army National Guard holding the pay grade of O-5 and below, can participate in EEP.

Retirees of any rank who have served in the Oregon Army National Guard can also participate.

Guardsmen assigned, attached, or affiliated (full-time, part-time, temporary status or performing Active Duty for Operational Support) to the Recruiting Command for the ORARNG and their immediate family members cannot participate in this program.

Guardsmen and Retirees will not be allowed to exceed 5 Recruits per fiscal year, unless approved by the OMD Chief Audit Executive.

Referral Submission & EEP Agreement
Assistants will review the documents available for download on this page. Assistants will submit their leads/referrals using the Referral Ticket located on this page. By hitting “submit” on the Referral Ticket, the EEP Agreement is generated and sent to the EEP Manager for review.

You can even share the link directly with them. Just make sure you submit the "Referral Ticket" form (below) to receive credit for your referral.
WARNING: Only submit a referral who has not spoken to a Recruiter within the last 365 days. If your referral is already working with a Recruiter, you will be ineligible to receive credit and payment. The EEP Manager will verify that your referral is not currently in communication with Recruiters.
